Sugary desserts? You’re barking up the wrong tree! Have some high-protein yogurt bark that’s ready in your freezer for nights when you need a sweet and satisfying treat. Boosting your protein intake—even when it comes to desserts—makes it easier to hit your nutritional goals without feeling like you're missing out. This recipe packs an incredible 8 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Line 14 Sheet Pan with 14 Sheet Pan Liner
  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt and protein blend; stir until well combined. Transfer to pan, then use a spatula to spread all the way to the edges.
  3. Slice strawberries; arrange on top of yogurt mixture, pressing berries down into the yogurt.
  4. Freeze 2 hr or until frozen. Break into pieces. To store, freeze in an airtight container or large freezer bag.
Tips

Frozen yogurt is quite hard right out of the freezer. Let it thaw for a couple of minutes at room temperature before eating. Don’t wait too long, though—it’ll melt fast!

Swap fresh strawberries for 1–2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix.
